Marko Treialt
He is a mobile masseuse from Southern Estonia and has been practicing massage for 4 years. Marko has studied Oriental medicine at the Alar Krautman Health Academy and holds a Thai massage therapist certificate. He is constantly improving his skills and has even participated in massage camps in Italy, where he has learned new massage techniques from masters in his field.
Taavi Perv
Since childhood, Taavi had thoughts of becoming a masseuse, but life initially took him on a different path and he worked in line work for a long time. Over time, the feeling that he needed to make a turn in life deepened, which prompted him to begin studies at the Alar Krautman Health Academy in the specialty of classical massage.
During the 2.5-year study period, Taavi also completed several different training courses to further improve his knowledge and skills.
As Taavi has been actively involved in sports for a large part of his life, he has in-depth knowledge of the various injuries that can occur during sports. He can help with both their prevention and recovery.
The smoke sauna is open on Friday (15.05) from 19.00 (no rituals will take place on Friday) and smoke sauna rituals will take place on Saturday:
Group 1 from 7:00 PM – 8:10 PM
Group 2 from 8:30 PM – 9:40 PM
Group 4 from 10:00 PM – 11:10 PM

Guided sauna experience (sauna ritual)
A sauna ritual takes your sauna experience to a whole new level. You will be guided by an experienced sauna attendant (sauna lady or sauna man) who will help create a deeply relaxing and invigorating experience.
The sauna master shares practical advice, guides you through the sauna experience, and reveals the true potential of the sauna room to you. The ritual uses various natural tools such as medicinal herbs, whistling, sounds (e.g. shamanic drum) or singing.
The sauna rituals familiar from SPAs are only a small part of this world – a guided sauna offers much more than just aromas or salt.
The goal of the sauna ritual is to help you:
– relax after an active sports day
– experience something new and special
– recover and rest
– recharge yourself with fresh energy

NB! The only store is Värska Coop, located 2 km from the Värska starting point.
A security team will remain on duty in the parking lot.

Opening remarks will be given by the host of the day, the owner of Treski and the Setomaa chief sootska Jalmar Vabarna, and the Setomaa rural municipality mayor Raul Kudre.
Before the opening remarks, the Värska women's folk dance group "Lustiline" will perform.

Piusa Visitor Center guide Sirje Nelk will introduce the Piusa Caves at 9:30 and 10:30.
There are guided tours of the caves (starting with a group every 15 minutes). The tour costs €5.

Ahti Lillestik, the “mud chef” of Värska Sanatorium, will tell us about the properties of mineral water and mud therapy at 10:30 and 11:00.
Ahti knows the properties of therapeutic mud and its uses well. He tells us about the extraction of mud from the lake, the journey of the mud to the baths, the fun adventures of mud extraction, and the wonderful finds there.
