This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Policy) describes how Rattafest MTÜ (reg: 80649938, located in Harju County, Tallinn, Central District, Rüütli Street 13-8, 10130, hereinafter We or Rattafest) collects, uses and protects personal data that visitors (hereinafter referred to as You) present a web page www.rattafest.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webpage).

2.2. Sending a Request via the Contact Form
Collected data: Your name, email address and your message.
The purpose: Reply to your enquiry, questions or feedback.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) is to provide you with a good customer service experience and respond to your inquiries.
2.3. Buying a Caravan or Glamping Site ticket (Montonio)
Collected data: Your name, email address and billing information.
The purpose: To process your order, deliver your ticket(s), fulfill accounting obligations and provide important information related to the Event (e.g. parking arrangements, schedule).
Legal basis: Performance of a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with a legal obligation (e.g. accounting, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
3. Sharing of Personal Data and Authorized Processors
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in cases prescribed by law or to partners necessary for the provision of the service.
Payment Service Provider: When paying for an order, your payment details will be forwarded to an authorized processor. Montonio Financial UAB, which is a secure payment solution provider. We do not store your bank or credit card details.
Newsletter Service Provider: If you subscribe to the newsletter, we may use an email marketing platform (Smaily) to manage your email address and send emails.
Other partners: We may transfer data to partners (e.g. accounting, IT support) who need the data to provide their service, ensuring that they comply with strict data protection requirements.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required by law:
Newsletter data We will keep it until you express your wish to leave the list (you will find a corresponding link in each letter).
